Postnatal Mums and Baby Yoga

(suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling, please bring a blanket and/or pillow for your baby)
Postnatal yoga offers a safe way to get back into shape, build core strength and release tightness in back, neck, shoulders and chest. You don't even need to organise child care as babies are welcome and we also include baby massage so that both baby and mum leave feeling more relaxed and at ease.
